   The pole membership is great value for money I’ve been doing it about 6 months now and love all the teachers there. There’s so many different classes to choose from for whatever you want to do. Just tried my first aerial hoop class too which was amazing.

   This place is so welcoming, the ladies who teach are all so spectacular to watch, each has their own teaching methods and skills. I absolutely love going to pole classes. I started out just going one day a week, then added in the odd private session and now I’m a member attending usually several times a week (apart from when my son brought Covid home!). Thankyou to Kat, Jenna, Julie, Denz, Kate and Laura, (sorry if I’ve missed anyone from Poles) I feel so much stronger and fitter doing pole. Xx

   This is the best pole/aerial studio I have ever been to. I have been going there for over 2 years now and will miss it so much when I move soon. All the instructors are so amazing, professional, friendly and supportive. It’s an amazing way to get stronger, switch off your mind and most importantly- it’s so much fun! Everybody is welcome there. I can’t reccomend this place enough!

   Fantastic studio! I love their hoop classes, they are so much fun and we always learn something new and exciting! All the trainers are so sweet and encouraging and the atmosphere in the studio is great! They also have lovely pole classes (love those too) and other fun stuff, sich as bungeefit. Would definitely recommend to pay a visit (or few) when in Nottingham or if you are looking for your next studio like I was when I first moved here :)
