   Went to this store about noon on a Tuesday. Store was bright and clean. The staff were packing the shelves but not in the way. Offers were great. Its just a pity there are no stores closer to me.

   The staff are always very helpful. As a disabled person I find thier smart scan app makes my shopping experience a lot easier. Although there is no EV charging at all and none at the petrol station either, which is very important in 2025!

   This store is probably the worst sainsburys store in northern Ireland. And its getting worse by the day, most of the selves are half empty. And some days they cant even open the store on time. Do yourself a favor and go to the massive tesco just across the road. You will find more groceries at that.

   Always good selection of products and well stocked. Staff always visible around store if needed. Checkout staff could be a little bit more considerate when scanning products while customer packs. Some really go too fast and are quite heavy handed with products .

   I have been shopping at this store for many years and find it a relaxed place to shop. On the whole the staff are friendly and helpful, particularly the young members of staff. There is one older member of staff who seems to perhaps be a supervisor who can be found at the very temperamental self service check outs. She is a very unsmiling person who seems to resent being asked for help, which is always the case with those check outs. Because of this I tend to avoid that area. She let's the other staff down and perhaps would be better moved into the background.

   Very hard to describe why this store fails to sparkle. At times the staff are super helpful and friendly and the next time there are different faces and they seem switched off. Certainly needs a revamp at the checkout and a bigger self-checkout zone.

   Good produce and handy to my home. Having an Argos in store is a big bonus. However the biggest surprise to me is that they own Habitat and some household goods are stocked in store.
