   I met an extremely sweet staff who went an extra mile in making sure i got what I wanted. Her name was Glendys and she could've so easily brushed my asks off but she made sure I left happy and we don't see that everywhere these days. Mad respect to her and Tesco needs more staff like her ❤️

   I went to that shop on June 17th to get lunch. I got a chicken and bacon wrap and a drink, about £6.45. Lucy told me about a meal deal, and with my Clubcard, it was half price! I received great customer service from her.

   I've always liked this supermarket, but the growing number of homeless people in front of the store has made shopping here increasingly uncomfortable. It’s becoming difficult to get in and out without feeling uneasy. I understand this is a complex issue, but the store needs to take action. For now, I’m choosing to take my business elsewhere.

   I bought a sandwich Tesco Lisburn Road, Belfast. I have never in my 50 years been so disgusted, angry and frustrated at the state of the triple sandwich. Out of all 3 sandwiches in the packet there was one small piece of chicken! barely any stuffing and a drip of mayo! stuffed to the front of the sandwich to make it look packed. This was very much not the case. £3.80 wasted! I have a good mind to go back and throw it at them. TESCO IS RUNNING A SCAM CHARGING PEOPLE FOR LITERALLY BREAD WITH NOTHING IN IT. i HAVE THE PHOTO'S FOR PROOF. Never again will I go there for lunch to get ripped off. Food Standards will be notified with photo's.

   Decent selection of groceries however the queuing system is a major issue. Customers queued on long lines down the isles which makes it difficult to access certain shelves. Only ever seems to be 2-3 till staff with a lot of staff standing around chit chatting!

   I would go down to Tesco Superstore on a daily basis to do my shopping. Staff are very helpful & friendly & will give assistance if there’s anything I need help with. They also have a system, where you can use a machine that reads the bar code of the item that you have picked & then you can use contactless pay as well as cash. Tesco Superstore is well worth a visit for almost anything you require. Stephen Acton.

   Checkout woman rather rude. Polite to customers before myself who didn't say please or thank you, then abrupt & unpleasant to myself, a person brought up with manners who does say please & thank you. Then checkout woman was very polite to customer after me. Manners are not an optional extra when working directly with customers, unless a customer is themself rude, there's no excuse for unpleasantness. Particularly when one demonstrates the ability to show respect when one feels so inclined. Store layout is also rather confusing. T'was better ten or so years ago. But I guess times change, layouts change and treatment of selected money paying customers also change. The latter demonstrates poor form & substandard customer service. I guess Tesco feel they can afford to alienate customers otherwise they'd select & train staff more considerately. Good manners cost nothing, bad manners cost business.
