   I’m american so i’m not carrying my passport at all times - so i don’t bend or lose it. especially with how common pickpocketing is now. I LITERALLY SHOWED A PICTURE OF IT TO THE LADY at the tills and INSTEAD and she grabbed my energy drink and put it back. do you want me to bring my passport and new york state id? what is even the point of physical id IF YOU DONT SCAN THEM. i’m 21 years old. ive never been more embarassed. to the lady with brown hair and an attitude find another job so you can powertrip even harder, you would be a great cop. lidl has not id’d me once over energy drinks.

   My friends, in their thirties, were barred from buying paracetamol (min. age of 16) because they had no ID on them. For what reason? They went somewhere else and got it no problem. Are you trying to drive away paying customers, or what?

   I have just into this store. I asked the till operator if the self service was working and she said"yeah! ". I then asked for help, explaining it was not working and again she said" yeah! ". I got no help! So I explained after I'd used the other self service till that I needed help with the till and she said" I can't leave here". I didn't expect her to leave her till, but call someone who could unlock the self service till. She was too busy chatting to her customer and talking about me to take a moment and get me help! Absolutely horrendous customer service! Very disappointed.

   Really rubbish Tesco, the server today was too busy nattering on the comms system to help solve a payment problem. I left without item or any sales for the shop. There are some friendly staff here too but they are badly let down by inattentive types.

   Tesco is being deceptive with their pricing. They show the clubcard price in large font and the REAL price in tiny font. Its not worthwhile shopping there if you dont have a clubcard. I am going to boycott them.

   I'd never gone to Tesco, but a few months had passed since the last summer harvest and we had sat unsure as to whether we would make the coming winter. The young woman behind the cash register seemed unsure as to what I was doing there. 'You alright mate?' I waved her positively and began plucking the items I needed for the feast to come. Some oregano, a can of tomato soup, but what's this? No squid. 'Squid?' I asked. The woman looked confused, startled by my normal request. It appeared there was no squid. We did not complete the ritual. We did not make the coming winter.
