   10.20am and the breakfast is pathetic no eggs no potato, no soda no pancakes! 3 burnt hash browns.. and a grumpy NO when asked if he was doing any more. sweet Jesus it breakfast time, who's buying the curry and chips? why bother, there's a poster for 3.99 fry but they don't seem to want to sell it. who needs customers ?? won't be back!

   I usually stop by here after finishing long hospitality shifts, around 11:45pm, three to four nights a week. Tonight I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Another customer and I pulled up at the same time. She went in first while I quickly finished a phone call in my car. I was no more than 20 seconds behind her. The staff member closed the shutters immediately after letting her in, then shook his head at me and refused to let me through. When I went to the hatch and asked if he knew he had just let someone inside, he replied “yeah” in a very rude and dismissive tone. I explained that I had just finished a 13-hour shift and only wanted a few minutes to walk the aisles and grab something to eat (with still almost 15 minutes until they actually closed) , but he simply walked away from me without another word. I was left standing there feeling uncomfortable and very unwelcome. This isn’t even a one-off, I’ve seen the same member of staff during the day and his attitude was no different. I work in hospitality myself and, no matter how long my shift has been, I would never treat a customer in such an abrupt and unprofessional way. The bare minimum is to be polite. I ended up driving to Shandon Park Spar, which actually closes at 12, and was welcomed in with no issue. Their staff were friendly, polite, and even wished me a good evening - the complete opposite of what I experienced here. If you’re looking for good service late at night, I’d recommend going to Shandon Park Spar instead. At least there you’ll be treated with basic respect. I won’t be back to Ladas Drive.

   The post office man staff was awful. He was about 40 age man. He was rude. He didn't answer me correctly, and after that deliberately gave me the wrong form. I asked him to give me L driving license form, and i told him that i wanted to make a driving license for first-time , and he gave me goods vehicels license form DL2

   Tasty but tiny guys. Ask Hendersons about Hughes Deli in Camlough or Terry Mulkearns deli on the Forkhill Road near Newry. They would put the Belfast ones to shame in terms of value without sacrificing quality.

   I have to sing my praises to Aaron who went that extra mile for me today. I phoned this morning looking for a home delivery. Aaron said they were only delivering Monday to Friday. I went onto explain I was a support worker with adults with learning disabilities and was finding it hard to get them food and they were running low. Aaron ask me to give him a list and he would deliver it when he finished his shift, which he did. Thank you so much Aaron, this was very much appreciated by myself and service users. Eurospar is so lucky to have you work for them. Good luck for the future and stay safe.
