   I shop at this story quite regularly there's a particular member of the staff I've noticed who works weekdays and Sundays. He's never on tills constantly abandoning where he should be, constantly on his phone, has an I'm always right attitude and absolute 0 respect for customers. He ruins the image and reputation of the store and has no idea of what decent customer service is.

   I'm a long time regular customer so I do this reluctantly. There is a member of staff who shouldn't be in customer service. Their hygiene is terrible, they frequently desert the till to rearrange items on shelves whilst people wait to be served. One time I tried to get their attention but they were reading a magazine with their back to the entire till area. I left my items at the checkout and went to the Co-op next door. Today I was informed by them that menthol vape products are now illegal. I showed them such a product that I had on my person. He insisted it was illegal. I give up.

   Some nice people here but was let down today by someone who couldn't be arsed getting to the till to do his job. So many of these little hard nosed stores tacitly push people to the self service by abandoning station. While I shop here regularly for convenience I'm still holding out on their cynical loyalty points "we'll shaft you if you don't sell your data" ploy. I will welcome the return of the co-op next door

   Always a Q. Waitn @ tills for 2long 2often. You stand at tills & staff r 2busy stackn shelves 2 serve. Even when cashier is there servn & rings the bell for help (which they often have 2 several times, no one shows or does way too long afterwards). Some of the staff r good but others beggar belief. I shouldnt have to ask what my shopn total is. Hello, please, thanks, eye contact etc should b the norm. Milk fridge stinks & has done 4months. I avoid if possible. It not really cheaper that the coop next door, whos staff r much better.
