   I am a 23-year-old Arab young man. I came here to study. It came to my mind to drink coffee. I came here to buy hot coffee. The machine is not working well. I asked someone for help, but he did not help me. He spoke to me in a loud voice, and I felt as if he was humiliating me. When he turned his back, he and his friends started laughing, and they looked at me as if it was a racist situation. I really felt very upset. I paid for the coffee and told him, “This is yours, and I do not want coffee.” After that, he looked at me as if he was disgusted.

   Spar used to be the place to go to for decent soap as most other shops sells ivory bars of Dove moisturizer. For this past few months be lucky to find a bar of soap at all in any of the Spar shops. This one only had Dettol, if I wanted to wash myself in disinfectant I would buy a few bottles of bleach.

   I was in this shop today, and I really disappointed, no prices are given on the stand with occasional cards, not only there! unfriendly staff, really poor service! Never ever again!
