   I have shopped here numerous times in the last decade. It has a good variety of food for a small shop, and some great Polish pickles, you just can't buy elsewhere. One thing that often disappoints though is the customer service, or lack of. Today was a typical example. A lady in front was in the process of shopping for her whole extended family, to last them about a month! As she was at the 'deli' counter, I placed my 3 items at the till quite prepared to wait. The assistant ignored me totally, all I needed was a glance (maybe a smile too) of acknowledgement. After 7 minutes, I just walked out feeling neglected and annoyed. Customer service is so cheap to apply, but expensive if ignored. Maybe if the management of the store read this, they could spend the briefest of time considering that training staff involves a bit more than showing them how scales work...
