   Absolutely worst service I've ever received from any company. Was promised delivery on 3 seperate occasions, and neither turned up, no call no message nothing, was only on the 4th time that item was delivered, then it was over 5hrs late, managed to speak to driver who said his van broke down, but when i managed to get through to their so called office, they had said the driver had had family issues, need to get their story's straight if gonna start lying. Driver needed a shower, as absolutely stunk, was very rude, walked in our house with filthy boots on, all over our new carpets, also the glass shower enclosure we ordered, had deep shoe imprints. When questioned, he lyed again saying its been upright in his van all the time. He said if its damaged send it back. I said if I need to send back, I won't be using spectra again. He said whatever and got in his van. I tried emailing Spectra services , but their email goes through to a company in America, who emailed me back, and said they get so many emails complaint about Spectra, but won't change email address to stop this happening. Absolutely the worst service I've ever known, without a doubt. Steer well clear, if you value your sanity.

   The worst delivery service I've ever had the displeasure in encountering. Have been promised 3 separate delivery dates in which have all failed. No communication, no manners and worst of all...still no package after 3 weeks.

   Ordered my furniture two weeks ago, can’t get through to them on phone or email. Will only tell you the day before the delivery , which is very inconvenient if you work full time and also not possible to nominate a day when you will be home. Told me a delivery date and didn’t show, with no email/call to let me know
