   No customer service whatsoever. Not one checkout with an actual human. All self checkouts. The staff member watched me and my mum struggle to use the detagging machine before finally assisting. The machine then required a staff member to scan the card before letting us proceed. The printer then jammed and we couldn't get a receipt. 2 staff members were dumbfounded on how to insert a till roll and went upstairs to print a receipt off. Another staff member then came along and managed to do it no problem. Absolutely ridiculous. There is no customer service whatsoever. I work in retail myself and we would never expect our customers to serve themselves. What's the point in hiring staff if they don't even do the most important part of the job which is serving customers. Will not be back.

   It was Tue 25th of march 25 an I asked a girl at the till her opinion on wat I had picked to buy to wear for an interview which was the next day ,the girl was very helpful and even went an picked another item for me.she was so polite and helpful tht I got th job next day .hope fully sh sees this .I was the girl wearing a red top with a black leather jacket. I appreciate your help ,great service thank u

   Love Dunnes usually use the Enniskillen branch as there displays look much nicer ordered lovely wreaths for myself and my childrens homes they also have some really good offers on quality products

   Love Dunnes. One of the best value, decent quality places left if you ask me. We get the kids clothes and sometimes shoes here too. Great for winter wear and night wear as well as bits for uniforms. Honestly, a godsend. They've helped my family afford uniforms and coats for many a year now.

   This is a value for Money store. I have bought few stuffs like clothing shoes etc from here and they have been worth for every penny. Good quality products. Must recommend. Try childrens shoes a lot of varieties available here.
