   I visited the store tonight and I was looking for an item .. spoke to a very helpful pleasant lady on customer service. She went out to the back stock and got what I was looking for .. no hassle at all to her.. the service I received in another Tesco store the same evening was shocking when requesting the same item. Great asset to the shop,Mirraim keep up the good work

   Very nice and large store with lots of great stuff to buy. Two things that could make it better, the plastic packing recycling has been gone for several weeks but is still available on other stores. The make up recycling has also been removed. With regards to safety, it would be better if car parking spaces were removed from beside the pedestrian crossings, this would improve visibility and reduce pedestrians risk, it's called 'Day lighting'

   The security guard working on Sunday has absolutely no idea how to talk to customers. If people arrive late and the store is closing simply politely tell them. I don't need to hear the stores opening times for the last 27 years. I am a potential customer! Also, she was shouting at young children. Absolutely no need for it. She needs a sedative.

   Enormous tesco packed with produce, parking can be a bit cut throat during busy times. Checkouts only accept bank of england notes and seemed to struggle with ulster notes

   If you like places where staff are needlessly rude to customers, you’ll love this place. If you prefer a hassle free shop, head to Banbridge instead of this place.

   Rude staff, made me feel like a thief at the self checkout, demanded to show a till receipt before removing security tag from the luggage I bought. Tesco not spending much on their staff customer service training.
