   Staff need to focus on consumer instead of standing out side smoking standing talking when there is a queue place is a joke at times quicker walking to the spar up the road

   Always wrong prices. Have to ask for receipts everytime as they don't take "offer" stickers off the shelves and you don't realise your paying dearer than expected for items, expecially with shopping being so expensive at the minute. Local shop to me so sometimes have no choice, Just be aware this happens alot.

   Place has went downhill. Complaints aren’t taken seriously. Customers and staff are treated like dogs. The shop is always messy and never has enough staff in at one time.

   Good shop apart from some of the staff, some of them don’t have any patience at all which is sorta a key skill to have when your working as a till person, other than that it’s a good shop and most of the essentials you need you can find.
