Prior to Nu-Look arriving, my estate was overgrown and run down, with grass up to 5 foot tall. Since Nu-Look took over all work has been done consistently and to a very good standard. I have had personal interactions with staff member Leon, who has been very polite and understanding, and very attentive to the smaller details.
