Fantastic customer services from Essential Supplies. I had a UPS parcel which got a bit battered and lost a few bulbs along the way. I emailed and a photo and replacement bulbs, plus a few freebies, arrived the next morning. Great products and customer service.

Ordered distro kit with one weeks notice, paid for next day delivery, spoke to company on phone and explained it was essential it was delivered within the week as it was for an event, told absolutely no problem. No kit arrived day before event, called to be told it wasn't despatched but they had no idea why. Now having to pay for hiring kit. Appalling.

The staff at essential supplies went above and beyond in their customer service. I had an issue that was caused by the courier but essential supplies took it on their head to issue me a full refund and give me the items I had ordered when it was not their fault. Not many companies have customer service like them. I will be returning as a customer 10 out of 10!!
Excellent Service. Ordered the wrong cable which had to be made up specially. Once I informed ES they accepted a refund and sent the right cable out the same day. Very responsive to phonecalls and emails. Would highly recommend.
Amazing service all round, fast shipping, competitive pricing Slight problem as I ordered a reel of wire but they didn’t have a spare reel to roll the wire however I was promptly notified and rectified situation within minutes (made no difference to me) I don’t usually write reviews but couldn’t fault
I’ve been looking for some festoon lights for a little while and came across Essential Supplies from a Google search. I sent my requirements via their website and was very pleasantly surprised to receive a call Sarah within an hour. She sent me an email almost immediately following our conversation detailing the various options available. One of the options was perfect for my needs and was very reasonably priced. I must commend Sarah for her excellent customer service and will certainly use Essential Supplies in the future.
.I have just purchased some urgently needed electrical equipment from this company and paid for a pre 10.30am delivery. The next morning I received a message from the courier to say we wouldn't be getting the items delivered that day. Before I had a chance to get in touch with "Essential Supplies" they called me to say there was a problem and they would sort it. They managed to source the goods from other companies local to us at their expense and get them all delivered to us that same day whilst keeping us updated. I'm absolutely gobsmacked by the service they provided. I don't think I have ever had a company who has had the conscience to sort a problem in this way. Most other companies would just shrug there shoulders and say it's the couriers problem. Thank you and I look forward to using you again.
I rang and spoke to Conor who was very helpful at giving advice on the custom order/design I was looking for in regards to outdoor lighting. He checked stock levels, gave advice on additional items I would/could need etc etc. Very helpful overall and helped cement my decision to purchase from them!
