   The women who welcomes everyone at the till has to be the most annoying robot like staff I have ever seen. She will see you walk in and then ask if you are being served?! Then when you have your order number instead of the staff taking it they want you to type it into a machine first, where everyone else had had their fingers, so you're sharing germs for absolutely no reason. This from a company who last year took great precautions over c19. You couldn't make this place up, terrible.
