I've been a loyal customer to this shop from it opened spending £100s over this this time. I just bought another new mod 2 days later took it out of my pocket and the LCD display has stopped working. The guy in the shop says he wont change it that I have to buy a new one. Sorry but I wont be buying a new one and I also wont be buying anything else from you. This would have been a highly rated shop until this happened.
I went in just to get some liquid but also enquired about a coil. The guy was so helpful and advised me that I had been using my device wrong and that in future i needed to buy a particular type of coil. I had always used the same shop prior to visiting total vapour and they never once asked me those types of questions or gave me that type of advice. The guy was obviously clued up and passionate about his job. Safe to say ill be visiting total vapour from now on. Much appreciated
