   Good facilities in shop - but very expensive - especially hot food. (e.g. 95p for a single Hash Brown). Recommended to use shop only for urgent needs!

   The hot food counter was okay when I visited today. But unfortunately their food is very expensive. I ordered honey chicken over chips. For one, the portion of chips they gave should not have even counted as a portion, I barely got any in the box as well as the chicken... Barely any in it. Then, I nearly passed out when I saw the price for it. It was £5.50 for only the box of what I explained above. I shouldn't have paid it, but I was in an emergency. I just kindly request that the people who are in charge of the prices rethink them, as well as the portion sizes. Then overall, when I ate it, I finished it under 5 mins, and it wasn't really that good taste wise. Sorry, but I'm just being honest here. If things are the same as what I got today, it's safe to say that I'd rather go somewhere else or starve.

   Staff are always so friendly and welcoming, it's a pleasure to shop in. It's now my go-to place on my way to work and even on my return journey home in the evening. Excellent selection of goods on sale too but for me it's the staff who really make this this shop worthy of 5 stars. Keep up the good work!

   Awful service at hot food counter. Stood waiting for ages to get served as fellas behind the counter just ignored me and weren't with other customers. Left coffee and got down to Cafe Nero for tip top service. Won't be back near the place
