   Since it became the 'Premier' the service has definitely taken a downhill trend. If they aren't trying to rip you off when your drunk, they are rude, ignorant and often spend the entire time on their phone. And to top it off, today the young man behind the counter accused me of stealing. Told me I put something in my pocket, then after I showed him the pocket had a hole in, went on to say I had put stuff in other pockets. Which needless to say I didn't and offered to prove. Then once I had paid and left the shop, he then followed me out shouting abuse, and saying he will check the CCTV and ring the police!! I very much welcome him to check his CCTV, but I doubt il be getting an apology when he discovers he is wrong. Considering this shop obviously makes it's way from serving low lifes, they obviously have to succumb to such nature, and they will care very little that I won't be coming back. But I would warn all people off a shop that allows such behaviours and treatment!

   The staff in here are nothing but lovely to me. Im a regular and I always have good conversations with them, they're always kind, and they've been like family away from my family back in my hometown. As long as you're polite they'll be polite.

   I went in this morning. The lady on the counter is probably the worse cashier I’ve ever seen. This is the fourth time. She is very disrespectful and has no manners. She doesn’t even use any please. She actually open her hands as tho I don’t speak English. She knows me I do go there every week. Last time I did tell her that the cards doesn’t work on that machine she went mental and she said “I don’t like to be told what to do” “dont tell what to do, I know my job Lovey” I was ver nice to her and said just so you don’t waste time. That day she was very aggressively she took the money off me. Today I went in again. She used a different machine and I didn’t tell her. She kept on trying I said it doesn’t work on that machine she started commenting and whispering. I said I’m sorry what did you say. She said “You should have told me before I used the machine, you wasting my time, Lovey” I told you last time I told you and you were going crazy. She has some Serious issues with people and people of course in particular. She is there to serve and that’s what she gets paid for. So how am I wasting your time. I don’t think there is an actual manager there otherwise she wouldn’t do this to people. I understand life is hard but no one forced her to work there and be rude to people. Other lady there she is the best very nice and respectful but this one she is just next level being rude and disrespectful.

   So I am not happy at all me and my other half have both been in this shop on multiple occasions and been over charged for items and been laughed at. There a lovely lady who works in there that don't over charge people but then men who work in there so. They have accused my other half of taking things when he was looking for something he couldn't find so went to go and ask and he was told he was robbing when there where drinkers in there actually robbing the shop. I just think they bully my husband as he has his service dog with him and they don't like dogs. This is poor

   Refused to process £5 in change alongside cash notes to pay for electricity top up. Had to send a friend in later with all cash notes to top up, will report to payzone for them breaching their contract for them for refusing to serve me.

   Rude as anything. Never seen anything like it. Im 25 and the guy snatches my ID out of my hand like I'm trying do him dirty. F this place! Expensive and absolutely out of order. Behave yourself !!!

   Ideal for late night essentials such as milk, sugar, tobacco and moderately polite staff, do check Sell By Dates as often I've purchased sweets and pasta products and noticed after purchasing that they're past their Sell By Date

   I have been going here everyday with my boyfriend basically for the past few months due to lockdown. The staff are friendly and they always have a conversation with us. Its definitely one of the better stores to go to especially if you just want some snacks or a few drinks.
