   Excellent service. Gave me plenty of notice of the delivery date and time. On the day of delivery I was kept informed and the two lads fitting my wardrobes together were polite, friendly and very good at their job. They tidied up after themselves and checked I was happy with everything during and after.

   In short, a totally unacceptable experience. The day started badly when the guys phoned around 8am to stay they were outside with the wardrobe. The agreed appointment was between 12-6pm. They were actually in Manchester, but been given my number by mistake. When they did arrive in the afternoon, the were friendly and courteous and on initial inspection, the wardrobe appeared to have been built as expected. However on closer inspection this proved not to be the case, as per the attached photos. 1.The front rail which supports the sliding door arrangement has been fitted too close to the pre-drilled screw hole in the floor panel, so the plastic disc can't fit properly. 2. Neither door fits flush to the frame. 3. There are several scratches to the rear panel 4. A second plastic disc cover won't fit properly. We paid the company good money to avoid such a scenario, and I'd have been disappointed myself with that standard of workmanship from the men. I will be writing separately to Wardrobe Direct, but in the first instance would expect a full refund for the poor installation work.

   Right now, I am giving one star, they got in contact as soon as our products were ready for delivery, took payment for them to come and build the goods, arranged a date and then got a call back saying they will have to cancel the delivery date and will be in contact within 7 working days. 10 working days later, I have had to call them twice, told this is high priority and someone will be in contact…. No one has been in contact and now I am on hold for over 50mins waiting to speak to someone. Really not happy with this service right now.

   I recently received my daughter's new bunk bed from John Lewis. It was delivered and assembled by Jade Home Assembly, the lovely gentleman who was delivering and assembling the bed was named 'Tom.' He was very polite, efficient and patient as my daughter was very excited to be getting her new bed. Tom was amazing he was in and had the bed built before I realised and the rubbish cleared up and room ready to use. Tom was a credit to Jade Home Assembly and Jade Home Assembly have also been brilliant in keeping me informed of the delivery process throughout...

   A very efficient and professional service from Jade Home Delivery. Tried to call me to inform me of delivery slot and then sent me a message. The night before we had a one hour slot confirmed for the delivery day. They were on time on the day on delivery and the gentleman who assembled our furniture was friendly and quick and tidy. Would recommend.

   Excellent service from Joel who was really friendly and cheerful and helped us get the best layout for our two beds and them both up in less time than it would have taken two of us to do one! Communication before was not 100% - I had to ring to check whether the delivery was coming as one text said there would be another text before delivery date to confirm AM or PM which didn't arrive. It wasn't a bother to call, and the staff were helpful (and I was at home anyway working so didn't have to change plans) but I can see how this would be an issue for others.

   All very efficient, both booking and delivery. Would’ve been nice to get a bit more notice on the delivery date - it was always two days in advance which I had to delay for several weeks because we couldn’t be at home all day. Thankfully wasn’t waiting for it. But if they could’ve said a date in a weeks time (or even two!) I could’ve sorted it quicker. Very pleasant on the phone however. Driver was excellent. Called when he should, delivered on time and with a big friendly smile. All in all very good!
