   Booked sons 6th birthday party at Airtastic Newtownabbey. 2nd January. Amazing service from start to finish. All the kids had a great time at Lasertag. Food and general service was fantastic. For us parents it was the least stressful party I have had yet (I have 3 children).

   There wasn't enough staff on the inflatables. I would have assumed staff would be positioned around key areas for example the football area. This meant my son was assaulted while playing football. He reported this to the staff member on duty. Her reply was "why can you not all play together." This was a stranger, an older boy who walked over and snatched the football and pushed him to the ground. The football area is enclosed and therefore should have staff positioned at it. The staff member standing in the middle area could not be bothered dealing with anything. She wasnt sympathetic towards my son and gave a stupid unprofessional response.

   Not blue badge/ disability friendly!! Id recommend to stay away if you are in that category. Staff were absolutely amazing in the play areas. Kids had a ball when we eventually made it in. Unfortunately they do not pay attention to their carpark. They have plenty of disabled spaces but EVERY single one was taken and none of them had a blue badge, NONE had a badge. Don't recommend for any blue badge holders, we were 15mins late even after arriving at the carpark 15mins early. It took 30mins to figure out an appropriate way to get the disabled person out of the car and to the building meaning the children missed out on 20mins of their activity. Disappointing that this is allowed to happen and no-one carried.

   Had my daughters 10th birthday in the inflatable-park in Belfast couldn't recommend enough they had an absolute ball, service was great and was lovely to have a designated area to watch, unlimited drinks was a plus and the amount of food was amazing was also very tasty pizza chicken dippers and chips was a hit. Portion size was plentiful and the staff kept checking in on us which I thought was brilliant compared to other places your put in a room and forgot about. Great value for money will definitely be back. Great customer service all round brilliant experience

   Absolutely brilliant day at Airtastic Newtownabbey. Played bowling and used the soft play area upstairs. The place was immaculately clean, everyone was super friendly and the facilities were top notch. We had food downstairs in the NY kitchen. Great selection of food and everyone loved their meals. Will definitely be back for the kids to try out the inflatable park and crazy golf. A special mention to Eamon and Simon who really sorted us out when we had a booking error, an absolute credit to Airtastic. Thanks for a great day out for the family.

   We booked inflata party for my son's birthday. He and his friends were really enjoyed all the fun. Staffs are very friendly and courteous. Party room is very nice. Only downside I felt that the party food wasn't really great.

   What a great experience! Since we walked in we were treated fantastic by all the staff memebers and they were all very friendly and helpful. There is so much to do here, this is any childs dream! My 7 year old girl had an absolute ball at the inflatable area. So much so that when the hour was up I decided to pay for another hour. There's lockers to put your valuables in while enjoying jumping so you do not have any worry about bags or phones. I ordered a cappuccino and traybake while going to the upstairs area to watch my little girl jump away. You can also connect to their wi-fi and I used it while I was there without any issues. All and all we had the best day and I would definitely recommend Airtastic Newtownabby. 5 stars from us!

   Fabulous place for kids and adults. They have soft play, mini golf, bowling and inflatables including ninja arena. There's also an arcade area with lots of things to do. There's places to eat and drink in a dinner style. My son absolutely had an amazing time here and loved every second of his time here We will be coming back here time and time again
