   I've been using the same vape liquid for 11 years and after all these years they had stopped manufacturing them. I had gone to a couple of shops and tried others which I didn't like. Im boring plan old tobacco!!. I went into this vape shop and was served by Alison. She was brilliant. I explained what I liked and she delivered. I can't recommend them enough. 5 stars

   Visited today as my vape was not functioning as normal but I wasn't sure why. I was helped straight away, the gentleman found the cause of the problem to be the air intake was blocked, without me even having to ask he set about clearing the blockage for me which was a massive help as it required a lot of patients and some precise tools, once fixed he was quickly able to help me with some products that I needed and gave me helpful advice. Absolute 10/10 experience, thank you!

Contacted Shane at FV who expressed a real passion for his product and a determination to establish why it had failed. Shane replaced the unit no charge and threw in a couple of liquids to boot for my convenience. I can say with absolute certainty you have my loyalty to your brand. 5 Stars. Thank you.

   Popped in on Friday to get a new vape pen. The lady that served me was so helpful (my receipt says Alison) she went through a number of pens with me so I could find one suitable for my needs.
