For a softplay better to something in the area than nothing. Massive security issues. Like bathrooms, you can physically fall out the window for any child whose curiosity gets the better. emergency cord too high need to actually stand up to pull it. Standard bin for bio matter with no firm closing lid. A child can easily lock themselves into the toilet area. Menu severely decreased with alot of products taken off as prices has increased on what's left. Prices are differ from menu items to checkout area. Hot drink at 2.60 using latte sachets leaving a strange after taste on the mouth gave me bad indigestion. Pepsi cans states not to be sold separate, yet sold as individual. Children being told not to go behind the safety netting between child's play area and main area. Curios children will wonder but being able to get behind it without any issues was a little concerning. Session ending 10 minutes early due to a party arriving did not appreciate that as we paid for our time and told to leave early. Was going to order food but after the drink decided against it. If staff are busy, being able to walk into the area and out can be dangerous. 1 restroom for everyone to use. Apart from aesthetics of the place, better to have something than nothing.

Oh my goodness what an amazing find! My grandson is staying with us and boy his little 3 year old eyes lit up with excitement seeing all the fabulous play things. A perfect time with a coffee for me too! Friendly atmosphere and helpful staff.

It's a nice and affordable place, my toddler is always having a blast! But cleanliness is a huge problem. You have to be careful to not step into something... I also noticed no veggies in the menu.

Can be slightly manic (in a good way), but a good range of play equipment, great value and with an OK range of snacks, food and drinks. Staff always seem freindly. Overall, a good experience

Came here with my three children a good few months ago. The selection for them was good however everything was very dirty, music was far too loud, the cafe wasn’t great either. Not a lot there at all. Both members of staff disappeared out the back for a good 15 minutes leaving the place unattended. Price is good

Had a wonderful time with our Grandson, he loved being able to play safely, and loves to go back each time. He feels safe and welcome in this wonderful environment.

Thoroughly enjoyed by all. Kids able to get rid of some energy with the soft play and inflatables. Quite happy watching them have fun with a brew and a bun. Kids went home tired and happy :)
