One of the biggest (and best) indoor soft play with a huge option with multiple levels and slides, one for under 4s and even a tiny one for babies. Lots of seating and tables, coffee, teas and food options. Kids will love it.
Horrified….extremely dirty! Almost didn’t go in when I arrived as there seemed to be a homemade staff ashtray full of cigarettes right at the door. Not really what you want to see entering a children’s facility. However as we had walked 40 minutes to get there decided to go in. Place was extremely dirty! Almost to the point of disgusting. Old food (and what looked like months of dirt) all over the corners and edges of the toy carpets. My little one is under 1and not yet walking, was so concerned about him crawling around we left after 20 minutes. Would never return and by the sounds of other reviews, it’s company wide so won’t use the other ones. With so many reviews on how dirty the place is I’m baffled as to why a facility is even allowed to run when it caters to such little children in the condition.
A lovely, fun play centre. Visited whilst on holiday in the local area with my 2 year old and 5 year old. They both had a great time! The play equipment is good and suitable sections for all ages. We turned up at 11.30am and it wasn’t too busy. Ordered food which was good and very reasonable price. I had a nice baked potato and the kids meals were only £3.50 which was good. The owner was nice and helpful when my child spilt her drink everywhere. Would recommend this place!
Great place for the kids. Really nice lady that kept herself so busy cleaning and tidying while it was busy. Younger girl just sat at reception biting her nails! I went in some of the soft play and it's not the cleanest. Lots of cobwebs and dust. Could do with a good deep clean. But overall lovely place to kill a few hours
Whilst the main soft play area had everything that a child could want...... The rest of the space is disgusting! Will never visit again! Which is a shame as it's got the potential to be a good site if they replace members of staff. Tables still full of food from the previous people who had eaten and left, food all over the carpet which was in desperate for a vacuum. Chairs scattered around the room rather than tidily put under the tables. One staff member in sight....who we had to ask to clean up a high chair before we used it but she gave us the items to clean it ourselves whilst she stood still by the cafe table doing nothing, and then when my mum commented about the amount of stuff on the carpet and tables that needed to be cleared she rolled her eyes and just groaned....then continued to just stand behind the table not actually doing anything. I guess at the end of the day she might clear the tables and hoover the place but with the number of children running around, and to make it a more comfortable place for the adults, it should be done almost constantly. My 21 month on came running over with some food he must have picked up from a dirty table or the floor whilst I was packing up our stuff to leave. Not the experience we had in mind.
Came here with 6 children and 4 adults usually love this play area but on this occasion wasn't very good a child who was a sen child went missing.(thought they went out the fire exit) understandable that parents should look after there children but when you think somewhere is a safe place you usually feel okay about them going off to play. The fire door needs a very loud alarm of some sort and the gate system is great but maybe 1 more gate at the bottom of the ramp? Just for extra safety and it goes straight out into a busy car park. The child in question was found by myself staff where great and had lots of steps to follow in finding the child but again they where short staffed family's everywhere etc.. maybe a camera system around just to double check on doors etc?
Visited today after school for daughters birthday and the lady on shift was super friendly and very welcoming. We arrived an hour before closing on a Monday afternoon to be told we might as well have the kids meal deal which was only 50p extra on top of entry. The kids were happy and had the whole place to themselves. Me and my wife had an uninterrupted conversation over coffee and dinner was served for the kids. Super clean and service with a smile, even though it was the ladies daughters birthday too so she probably wanted to get home, we were never made to feel that way!! Thanks
Nice and quiet on arrival at 12.30, friend ordered food, which looked alright. Staff friendly, and keeping the place as clean as possible. Only down side, some parts of the soft play are tattered and torn, exposing wood and foam.
Great for small children. Adults free when paying for one child only two adults and one child is £ 4.80. Cafe available cost of coffee £2.40 per cup soft drinks is fruit shoot £1.50,range of cakes available from £1.50 - £1.95 each, menu for hot food available see photo of menu for price and choice ranges. Our grandson spent 5 hours at bear feet and absolutely loved it. He went home tired and happy. Toilets clean and tidy low toilets and basins for children. Very safe for young children to play in and entertaining, separate areas for over 4's and under 4's but in over 4's large enough for a parentt to play on with them. Children's parties catered for. Wheelchair access. Large free parking area. You are not allowed to bring your own food unless it's for specific dietary requirements that cafe don't cater for ie gluten intolerance . Staff helpful but child supervision is parents responsibility. Would suggest jumpers worn as can be cold inside, children playing and running around don't get cold but parents in the cafe and seating area might feel chilly.
Nice coffee but lack of vegan milks. Only had Almond milk. We were the first ones to arrive and the floor was really dirty like it hadn't even been hoovered. I took two toddlers in and cost £8. It was £2.60 for a coffee with a splash of almond milk. It was £1.50 for a bottle of Diet Coke. It was so cold inside I would recommend taking a jumper as I suppose it would cost loads to heat as it's such a big room. The play equipment was ideal seemed quite clean and lots to go on for all different ages. There is teddy bears scattered around for the children to play with and some large balls. There's a large slide that seats 4 people. Would go again my toddler loved it. Only giving it 1 star less as there wasn't so many vegan options. And because of the dirtiness of the floors. Plenty of free parking.
