Love coming here! The staff are always so helpful and friendly. We had Katie assisting us yesterday - she was absolutely lovely and full of great ideas. She made the experience so enjoyable that we’re already looking forward to coming back again soon. Thanks so much for your help, Katie! (And the photos)

Great, good, relaxing fun for an hour or two. Nice selection of items, but the prices have gone up SO much. I painted a fish last time for about £15. This time the same fish was £22. It took me a long time to choose as everything I liked ended up being £20-£30. Shame we couldn't afford the same experience as the first time, but the staff are lovely and the experience is great fun. I would prefer an entrance fee and then charge less for the items.

Cannot recommend more for anyone who likes painting/crafts. Staff are lovel and the price is fair. You have 2 hours to paint your object. If you make a mistake they help you fix it. Takes about 1-2 weeks for it be fired in the kilns. Love it here

Took my children here and they absolutely loved it my son painted a shark and my daughter painted a mug, the website does state that items start at £5 but to be honest they are so small they are not worth doing, I didn’t partake as was trying to keep the cost down due to being a single parent but my children had a blast and were looking forward to seeing the finished result which I could collect the following week. Will definitely take them back again I may even go with friends too as it’s great for all ages

Was a nice experience during the painting, afterwards when I came to collect it my partner's car piece was chipped on the front and they had rubbed of parts of the paint on the tires on the side. My piece was in perfect condition, my partners was not, real shame for a seemingly good experience.

This isn't a place for young children, it's more for adults. While we were painting I turned to check on my grandaughter in her pram, it was briefly, but in that time my grandson removed a lid off a small paint squeezy bottle and poured some on the plate he was decorating. I caught him quickly and spoke to him about it, he is 2 years old. It didn't make a mess anywhere else but his plate. He made one mistake only. The response I recieved from the person in charge was incredibly rude, telling me I should keep a better eye on my child. The tone was harsh and she carried on muttering and being rude, saying he had destroyed the plate and it was no good. We paid for the plate so I dont understand the fuss, plus another expensive large plate and two other pieces my son and daughter in law chose. We paid nearly ninety pounds for four pieces and had a disappointing time. I use one of these type of clay art places in Somerset it is geared up for everyone including children and if there is a mishap I've seen the staff be very gracious about it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

I took my 8yr old daughter here on 27 August 2022. We decorated a mermaid, lighthouse and a plate. The staff are so lovely and friendly. I explained we needed the pottery quickly as we were going back to Japan and they made sure it was ready within a few days. Such a wonderfully relaxing experience, great value for money.
