The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. Everything was spotless, and every member of the team was friendly and welcoming. We were genuinely impressed and would highly recommend staying here.
Absolutely incredible experience. Stayed for my partner's birthday and got a fantastic room upgrade. They even put a bar of chocolate in as a happy birthday present. The restaurant was wonderful, incredible breakfast. Honestly incredibly polite and accommodating staff. Cannot recommend high enough.
Free parking, and early park up allowed,close to tram stop into city centre. Excellent check in with free cookies £165 dinner bed and breakfast for 3 people, a great price. Room a good size with fridge, complementary water bottle. Large bed with sofa bed. Sofa bed was very dusty, caused my lad to sneeze a lot. Bedside lights didn't switch on and the metal light didn't lock into place. We were able to open a window for some fresh air which was nice. Great size TV and comfy bed. Shower hot and nice size bathroom, well decorated. Went for evening meal and staff didn't have a clue how the dinner rate worked so I had to check with reception that it was £26.95 pp credit. Had 3 lovely main courses and each enjoyed a dessert. Breakfast was usual buffet style. On check out I opted for email receipt. Got home to find I'd be charged for my evening meal as extra...so waiting on a refund. Think more training needs to be given as they shouldn't offer this rate of dinner bed and breakfast if staff don't know what it is. Which sadly made our visit a bit of a letdown.
First time staying at this hotel. Very nice and welcoming and having a warm cookie was nice. Room is cozy and spacious. Comfortable bed and a nice big TV. Lovely shower. Breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold food and juice. The only thing I would say is If you like me like a nice PG you might want to bring some. I was not a fan of the slightly flavoured breakfast tea.
five stars all round. reception was first class. very explanatory and a cookie as well! the room was excellent spacious and comfortable. we ate in the restaurant to save going out to find somewhere to eat and we were not disappointed, we were greeted by a very polite and friendly member of staff who is a credit to the hotel. the food was good and the service was quick. lastly the parking was great, wide bays and plenty of them. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a friendly clean and comfortable stay.
Popped in here for a coffee on a thoroughly wet and miserable day and was greeted so warmly. We were regular visitors for meals when the hotel was it's predecessor and haven't been at all since it became part of the Hilton family. Only stayed in the bar area where there was tons of seating, ideal for people staying there, or meeting there or like us just dropping in! Instead of the coffee we planned on we ended up ordering main meals and was surprised these were served pretty much all day. The meals arrived quickly and were very nice. The lady at the bar was really lovely. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly all the while presenting a very professional approach. Thank you!
The rooms here are nice and spacious, at reception they give you a cookie which is normally warm. Everyone seems fairly friendly and there is a bar and restaurant as part of the hotel. There's a cool glass elevator too... I find the beds just a tiny bit hard but that's just my preference.
A very comfortable, well appointed room. Check in was easy - we were messaged via text when we had been in our room a few minutes to check if everything was OK which we appreciated as being timely but unobtrusive. Parking was free. The breakfast was well cooked and tasty. I would note that the entrance to the hotel comes very quickly after the roundabout so you need to watch out for it.
It's really a lovely friendly place. We really like it here . Our breakfast was lovely and Angie greeted us so kindly. We then popped to our room and a lovely lady tidied our room we feel so well cared for. All the staff are so welcoming. We are definitely coming back here and hope the staff realise how they contribute to our stay..they are a lovely team...
Excellent hotel. Good location, great staff, clean & tidy room. Upon entering you feel like you're entering a 5-star hotel which was a very nice surprise. The room was spotless and spacious. I really appreciate the shower having the option of a ceiling mounted shower head or a hand-held one. Parking was plentiful although it's a little difficult to see some of the lines as they're quite faded but it's not a problem really. I'll definitely be staying here again & I recommend everyone to use this hotel.
