   I'd give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely shocking. Call them and it tells you they now book appointments on their website. Go to their website and it states that the online request service is closed/unavailable. Call again and none of the options work to get you through to someone, just keeps repeating them. This doctors was brilliant 10 years ago - absolutely shocking now.

   So I've recently moved into Langley Mill and have been going back to my old surgery for meds. I thought it was time to change to a local doctors to make life a little bit easier. I work long hours often unsociable in the care industry so it's quite difficult to drop by at times. I popped in today to ask how to go about repeat prescription services as I have already ran out of my asthma meds and feeling a bit tight chested. I was told that I cannot do this as they aren't on repeat any more and I should have given myself a month supply before I left my old doctor. Nobody told me this. How am I supposed to know??? I have been told I have to wait for a phone call in 3 days time to speak to someone. This is rediculous. Why can I not just order the medication I have been on without issue for several years? Very unhelpful and very unhappy with poor service and no guidance on what to do next.

   Fantastic surgery! I’ve never once had a problem - the reception staff, nurses and doctors are great, and I can get an appointment when I need one. Dr Shah is fantastic and a credit to your practice - he is very thorough and genuinely cares.

   Superb ! From initial phone call to Doctors appointment! Absolutely superb! The reception staff were excellent and could not have been more accommodating in sorting a quick appointment! The Doctor I met was absolutely superb. Incredibly thorough and knowledgeable! Thank you! We are lucky to have you!

   I've been a patient for 55 years, and now, absolutely appalling service. The best Dr is Graham, he really should get his tail out and join a professional practice, the staff are pretty useless government following idiots and playing on Covid to the limit. Absolute shame it used to be the best around, not surprised Dr Wilkinson left. I give it a couple of years and well the practice will be a house once more. Move to Kelvin Grove while you can!!!!!!!! After speaking to other patients Brooklyn Medical Practice is becoming a dangerous surgery to visit, rude Doctors and staff. The government should close them down for serious incompetence. Absolute disgrace to patients.

   Do not use this doctors. Been left for months with an open wound that's dead. Left without any treatment for copd and can't even get medication for mental health that's already prescribed and now have to go cold turkey from it. Absolute disgrace of a doctors

   Had an appointment booked for Monday the day of the queen's funeral. Its now Friday afternoon and had no call to say my appointment has been cancelled. I rang up and they said yes we are closed Monday, doubt I would have got a call advising this or to reschedule appt by the sounds of it. Waited 2 weeks for this appointment now have to wait another 11 days for another.

   Get's worse. You are told you can't have a repeat prescription until you have seen a doctor after 10 weeks of waiting to see what you need to take to start with. Then when you ring to make an appointment to see a doctor a few weeks before your prescription runs out you can't get to see a doctor, when asked what should I do then I get told it can be put forward for an interim lot until you can see a doctor. How is this system working now it's been taken over and run by an office in Chesterfield??? God help us when we get the 600 plus houses that are planned for the area, you will need to book a year or two in advance .

   I have no issues with my GPs receptionists nurses etc they are all amazing and compared to other surgeries I feel I'm extremely lucky to be at Brooklyn. But there is one thing that really frustrates me when I get a call from the surgery if I cannot answer it straight away and I have to call back I have to listen to 1min 25 secs of advise select what I want then listen again . Whilst I appreciate the pandemic etc I think we all get the message and know what to do. Its not a complaint just frustration on my behalf sorry for the rant hit
