    I appreciate this might be the wrong outlet but I lost all my patience with EZ Living NI. I placed an online order more than a month ago, was promised a delivery for the end of November. Then got an email that it will arrive on the 2nd of December and the team will get in touch to arrange the delivery. It's 3rd of December now, my emails are being ignored for 2 weeks. The agents on the phone can't help with online orders, keep referring to a mysterious "online" team, who don't answer emails or online chat requests. I regret placing an order with this company. The customer service is non-existent and it's impossible for get any information from them... avoid. If I don't get my order delivered by the end of the week, I will be canceling the order and making sure to spread the word about their appalling "service".

    Absolutely appalling service – avoid this company at all costs. I bought a bed back in July, scheduled for delivery on 31st October after moving into my new home. The bed was sold to me by Jonny in the Belfast store, who strongly recommended paying £89 for assembly. He promised it was a “white glove service” – the team would be professional, tidy, take away all packaging, and make it worth every penny. Excited, I agreed. What a mistake. The assembly team arrived and one of them was extremely unfriendly. We had just received the keys to our brand-new build the day before, yet these so-called professionals treated our home with zero respect. They rushed through the job, shoved a customer care leaflet at us, and ran out the door. They even excused visible damage by saying the marks were “from the screws.” When we inspected the bed, we were horrified. It was filthy – covered in dirty marks, with smudges all over the frame, window sills, and even my en-suite bathroom. For a bed costing over £1,000, this was disgraceful. I immediately complained both by phone and in-store. The next morning, two different delivery men came out, and even they admitted, “that bed looks like it’s been dragged along the ground.” The bed was taken away, but instead of refunding me properly, I had to wait nearly three weeks for a cheque – yes, a cheque – because they couldn’t process a bank transfer to my original payment method. To make matters worse, when I asked about the promised “white glove service,” the new delivery men laughed and said they don’t wear gloves at all because of the nature of the job. So the sales pitch was completely misleading. No compensation, no apology, and no urgency. I had to wait weeks for a replacement bed from another store, during one of the busiest delivery periods in November. EZ Living showed zero care for the stress they caused, ruining what should have been a happy time settling into our new home. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favour – shop elsewhere if you want furniture. EZ Living will only cause you stress and disappointment.

    We were buying beds, they had a great selection of all sorts of beds and headboards. We were helped but Jonny Harrison who really knew all about beds and pointed out things we hadn't thought of. He had us sorted with 3 beds in no time. So was really nicely laid out and loads of selection.

    Really nice store on Boucher Road. I found their wall art to be more realistic looking than art available anywhere else nearby. The piece I wanted wasn’t available online, but Simon made the process of ordering it for home delivery quick and easy.

    Loving this dinning table! The entire shop has a wonderful design, high variety and quality. Shop design and the colourful walls are perfect for design matchmaking ideas, staff are always super helpful and friendly, Johnny and Stevie were supper helpful in Belfast site, Boucher road.

    Love this shop! Trinkets galore amongst expensive furniture and all beautifully set out. There is a lift to the second floor. I could move in for Christmas lol! They really do know how to dress a bed - wonder could they come round to mine every day? Staff are great. They allow you to dander about in peace but say hello and make you feel welcome at the same time.

    We bought kitchen dining chairs here last year and went back again. Brilliant store - full of colour and loads of bespoke pieces to suit every room at your home. We meet Gareth C who was very welcoming and enjoyed the long walk around this massive store at Boucher as there is loads of lovey items to see. We found this striking piece of wall art - ideal for our teal coloured wall at home. If you want something different and good quality - give it a visit.

    Do not buy anything from this shop as the quality of their items is terrible. I bought 4 chairs (£139 each) and a round table (£600, now gone up to £699 in the 'sale'). One of the chairs had a chip off of it and the table had a large line down the middle from one end to the other. We advised EZ Living and got money off the chair and had a replacement table ordered. The new table came with another large line down the middle. The delivery drivers advised that they could see the line and to complain. I sent a picture of the table with the fault to customer service. I got a reply from them stating that they could not see the mark which was clearly seen. They advised a technician would be sent. The technician came and admitted that he could see a line on the table and that it was not normal for that to be there. He took pictures and advised that he would upload them as a report. I then got an email from customer service stating that the technician reported no issues with the table. This is very concerning as he had said the opposite to me. EZ Living then admitted that all of their tables would have this line going through them. Why would someone pay £699 for a table with a large visible line running through it? If I wanted a table with visual impairments, I would have got one from a budget shop. I was advised that I could get a full refund as apparently they could not meet my expectations with the item. I do not think my expectation of having a perfect table for £600 was unreasonable. I am very disappointed with the lack of quality from EZ Living items and would not recommend buying from them. They are happy to put their name to non perfect items and charge a premium price that is not worth it.

    Visited the Boucher rd store in Belfast. Great selection of modern sofas with competitive prices. Excellent help from Gareth C knowledgeable about the sofa we where considering checked stock for us, gave us ample time to decide even though we couldn’t decide on which sofa to choose. All round brilliant customer service.
