   Location-wise its very good as it has got Tesco Superstore, Wilko, freshfarm, PapaJohn pizza, cafes, good bars all at the a stone's throw distance plus good for commute by nctx bus as its located at joint of 3 bus routes. Property management company tries their level best to keep the block nice and tidy, but unfortunately there are some bad kids around the area who are creating lot of mess in the building. They tailgate to the block and create all types of mess. Flats are OK, kitchen and appliances are good nice wooden floor in the flat but again its a glass house. Living area is 60% glass, so in summer it cooks the people living in the flat. Good for short term stay or if you dont have a car and depend on bus for commute.

   Avoid avoid avoid! I'd give this 0 stars if I could. Maintenance management is awful, recieved abuse from the main guy all because I am disabled and wanted to know when the lift would be up and running again (as I wanted to go to work). Yes, expect the lift to be down a lot. Not disability friendly, the apartments get extremely hot in the summer time, the area isn't great as I got followed and harassed by a group of men into the building one night and nothing was done about it. I could go on but I don't want to spend any more time thinking about this place now I've moved. You pay a lot for nothing, just a lot of stress.
