No kettle to make a drink in the room couldnt use the tv without putting your phone numbet the site manager not helpful at all
Staff were helpful when i needed help. Staff very good with upgrading my room as i had booked with shared bathroom but i didn't realise. The cleaning of the room could of been slightly better. Nice to have fridge and microwave in my room but no cutlery in draw and would of been nice to have a kettle in the room. If in the area i will be going back.
Great value for money, nice location with a decent pub just up the road. Comfy bed, nice shower. Clean (ish) but you forgive that as the onsite staff were a great help.
I was a able to book here near last minute for download festival with ease. They upgraded my accomodation to one that was more suitable for my needs without me asking! Service was very good, room was in very good condition.
Nice quiet location, close enough for our trip to Nottingham by car. Booked last minute in the evening and the host was very helpful with my enquiries. Price is hard to beat for such a clean room at short notice. Shared bathroom and everywhere, spotless, but shower wasn't very hot to my liking. But really cannot grumble with the value offered. Complimentary Tea/Coffee and Biscuits. Towels. Self check in. Thanks for making our unfortunate trip for the hospital that much simpler.
The best place to stay in Hathern near Loughborough!
Do not use this property we was falsely accused of stuff we didn’t do and asked to leave after we have paid the place is an absolute sham
Best place we have stopped in a long time for the cost, clean, spacious, microwave and fridge in room which is always a bonus plus a shared kitchen with cooking facilities, internet is good signal too for being quite rural, all around a good 4 stars
Very friendly and clean we are hoping to go again
