Went to buy a sofa in Sofatime and got such a good service from Adam that we bought a mattress in Dreams too! He was as knowledgeable about mattresses as he had been about sofas. He spent as long as we needed with us even though the store was busy. A great salesman and I will definitely be recommending him to family and friends!

Went to the Boucher Road, Northern Ireland today. Buying for our first home is very overwhelming but Adam C spent lots of time going through the different mattresses and the variety of options they had. He was also personable and made the experience seamless! Great purchase !!

Recently had an issue when a combined mattress and bed frame purchase was reduced 4 days later. Customer Services were easily contacted and Naomi dealt with the matter quickly and without fuss restoring confidence in the company.
Called tonight and was approached by Dave who was so helpful with my bed purchase. Everything was easily sorted and I'm expecting my new bed being delivered free of charge and with two free pillows added also. I was offered coffee or hot chocolate which was a nice gesture.
WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT BUY A BED FROM HERE. I told Pauline in store that the bed I had ordered would not fit into my house and I wanted to cancel my order. I was told that I could not cancel my order and that I had to wait for the delivery guys to bring it to my house before I would be offered a refund. The bed as expected did not fit and I was told to ring customer services. When I rang they told me I was to suffer a penalty of 30% and I would only receive store credit - this is not in the terms and conditions which were printed on my receipt. I was pressured into buying a bed from this shop IN THE MIDDLE OF A COST OF LIVING CRISIS and had to pay extra money to cover the cost of the new bed. And when I went to Manager the next evening, Adam R who told me there was nothing he could do for me and that I had to contact customer services again. This is absolutely a joke and I will be warning everyone not to purchase anything from this store.
I use a wheelchair and couldn't get past some of the furniture and beds in my chair. I had someone with me to help me try the beds but when I asked for the beds to be spaced further apart to make it more accessible I was told that was not possible because they would have to move almost everything around and didn't have time and too busy. Phone customer care to complain and they said that yes the store was right and they can't start rearranging things for one customer. AVOID THIS PLACE.
