   No nonsense. Bought a mirror last year, the screws pulled out of the frame and it fell off the wall around 8 months later. This happened potentially in part due to the way I had hung the mirror. As I was not advised otherwise on purchase, the gentleman very kindly replaced the mirror like for like and supplied me with appropriate hanging brackets and screws. 5 star service, I would come back.
