   Paul was incredibly helpful! My partner and I are very new to the cat world and have been a bit overwhelmed with the variety of foods, litters, etc. making sure we get the right items. Paul was able to easily explain what we would need for our kitten and not in a pushy sales way. He was very knowledgeable and we would definitely return to the store for the knowledge of the staff alone.

   I would like to give a massive shout out to Chloe the assistant manager of jollyes Chloe is amazing at her job. The care and attention my mom has received since having her puppy from Chloe is outstanding. Chloe has amazing knowledge and has really helped my mom give the best care to her little belle. We have spent ages talking to Chloe even when she’s been on her break she has helped us with any questions we had and making sure we have the right food to the correct harness. I would highly recommend jollyes especially if you are first time pet owner. I would also like to say the other staff members are so lovely and so welcoming.

   Lots of choice, I found everything I was looking for. Aires slightly on the more expensive end of the pricing spectrum. I found the exact same net of £5.99 doggy tennis balls in Iceland for £3.99.

   I only wanted to buy a pleco for my tank that I have had for over 4 years, so I do know what I am doing and had to answer a few questions, then got asked if I had a photo of my tank. I was trying to buy a bloody fish that cost less than a fiver.

   Seemed quite pricey and not as much stock as I thought. Nice little shop. I question some of the environments the animals are in but that's because I'm a zoology student. Staff were friendly I was just disappointed in last of various stock to be honest. I may try again in new year and upgrade my review.

   Lovely pet store. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Found everything I needed for my pooch, at very reasonable prices. I found the price of dog food to be cheaper than the generic pet stores like Pets at Home. Such a broad variety of items and advice readily available. Becoming a member opens you up to offers, discounts and loyalty rewards.
