Was due to take delivery today for my sofa between a 3 hr time frame. No phone call, nothing and no delivery. After whats been a shocking experience already with sofology to then discover the delivery company is no better! Taken any joy in getting my sofa.

Absolutely shocking service from this delivery company. Unable to deliver because sofa was too big to fit through door. Organised a joiner to remove my whole front PVV window to fit it in. Assured me they would deliver at a certain time then never pitched up. No contact number available for these people u have to call DFS call center in Scotland! After 10 calls & 3 hours later was finally told they had problems witj the van. Complete joke. Now im out £300 for window removal and still no sofa! Not even 1 call from anyone at the Company to give an update or apologise for this terrible service. Disgrace

We have just taken delivery of 2 new sofas and highly praise the 2 young men who delivered them.They were courteous and very careful when manoeuvring through doorways etc. They were efficient and professional in all aspects of the delivery. Sorry lads, we meant to get your names. Delivery was to CA7 4RB for management to pass on any praise.

Driver refused to deliver the sofa on arrival at my house, very aggressive and rude. As a customer I've never been spoken to like this in my life. As a female it's very intimidating having a large man speak to you in such an aggressive way. Drivers name was Mark, highly suggest the company reviewing whether this man should be representing their company in this way. Additionally never actually received the sofa because he left before delivering it. Disappointing and sad that some men think it's ok to speak to customers and ladies in such a way.

Terrible.. took and day of work and waiting. In and they have just rang my partner and told her they have had a ‘vehicle malfunction’ and it will be delivered tomorrow. I rang him up muself and I could hear him driving perfectly fine but he hung up on me. Our delivery was clearly a bit further than what he wanted to travel and wanted to finish and get home so he lied and didn’t come. Terrible.

22 Sort your lorry drivers out please!!!! We had a 9 month baby in the car and there was a very near fatal accident the registration: YD22YFR. The driver rudely cut us up on a busy road! From what I can see from all your reviews something needs to be done! It’s ridiculous!
