Cooper loves visiting Wags for his groom. He is quite a nervous dog, but he really feels comfortable with Kelly at the salon. It's always clean and nicely presented too! The best salon we've ever been to by a long shot!
Absolutely fantastic with my dog and the groom was immaculate! My dog did have a small bit of matting but Kelly really saw that he was well cared for and came out looking beautiful! 5 stars all the way.
My little springer suffers arthritis and her groomer hadn’t been doing nails. So took her here she did advise which I knew they were overgrown so she knows and didn’t dismiss as me being over cautious
I have been bringing my dogs here for years and I can undoubtedly say that Kelly is the best groomer going! I did try a couple of other groomer because they were cheaper but you get what you pay for, the pricing is more than reasonable here for the knowledge that my dogs are cared for, Kelly has years of experience and knowledge, and it shows in her customer service and her grooms, really informative and direct. I'll not go anywhere else!
Absolutely love it here! Booked in for a Christmas grooming and my pup come out looking and smelling amazing! Booked her in again for a nail clipping been as she did her nails so perfectly and she did such a quick and amazing job! Can’t wait to book her in for her next groom. Such a lovely lady who runs it and is so good with the dogs, wouldn’t go anywhere else but here! :)
My mom keeps bringing my dog Tyson (staffie) back here (as I'm at work and unable to). Never had a problem with this service. Tyson literally loves getting washed and coming here. Got to admit the first time he came he was over excited I was worried that may not wash it (which would be understandable because sometimes he can be too much when his jumping all over the place). After the first time I've got to say I was really relieved ever since then he keeps coming back, I'm just thankful to the staff for having so much patience for him. Thank you so much, would highly recommend
Kelly is wonderful. Her efficiency & her professionalism is a breathe of fresh air for the industry. I am happy. My dog is ecstatic when he comes out of the salon. What more can you ask for. Well done Kelly for running such a customer focussed business at your young age. You will go far.
The best groomer I have visited for honesty, quality and handling of my nervous cocker spaniel Bonnie. I have visited Wags Pet Spa a few times now and the results are consistent and excellent. Kelly gives me feedback each time Bonnie visits the salon, she's a nervous girl in general but she's always made to feel at home at Wags. My go to groomer for sure!
Best place for a doggy style… Friendly helpful staff that could see my little dog was nervous on arrival but with a warm friendly greeting Jazz soon settled down and was taken into the back for a fresh trim and wash. Upon collecting Jazz was happy and looked really well presented, really happy with the outcome and will be using again! Fully recommend Wags Pet Spa
