   I bought my puppy to this place for grooming. I was told to leave her with the owner of the place for 3 hours. Grooming to me specifies a wash, blow dry and a good comb out of the hair. Returned after 3 hours after a phone call that she was ready. Happily paid the money and with a tip!! Only to realise when I got home and stroked my puppy dog, she didn’t even seem washed or nothing. Didn’t even giver her bath because she was till dirty and unclean. The only thing done was nails were clipped. I would definitely not recommend this salon for any pet. Energy is real and it wil come round. I gave my hard earned money and the owner just kept my puppy for 3 hours to baby sit it!!! Absolutely atrocious and appalling. Don’t leave your pet with this lady! She’s just a scammer. My puppies fur was moulting! All I asked was a good wash and clean because I sustained a injury to my hand…

   Amazing. Great customer service. They were able to squeeze us in same day, due to a cancellation. Our ragdoll cat came home smelling so nice and looking so clean tidy and fluffy. Will definitely keep coming here. Highly recommend.

   Brought my dog here for the 1st time today due to my normal groomer being unavailable and all I can say is WOW! Absolutely brilliant service, my dog has never looked so cute and gorgeous since she was a puppy! Definitely will be returning!

   Highly recommended groomers, I took my Persian cat here for a grooming after he'd got matted on his under belly and legs. Sam the owner was really helpful with grooming tips and advice, and within a day managed to get him straight in for grooming. I wasn't sure what to ask for so I left it in her capable hands of deciding what treatments were needed, and they've done a sterling job of turning him into a more presentable Persian! Will definitely be arranging more visits to keep on top of his grooming, thanks again to the team at Pampered Pets!

   Sam, Abby and the rest of the team are fantastic, I was lucky enough to train with them and work with them again recently and to say they are some of the best groomers in the country is no understatement. All the Dogs leave looking amazing and relaxed as it’s such a fun, friendly environment. Highly recommend training at pampered pets if you want to become a professional groomer as they are amazing at what they do and they go above and beyond offering on going support! I also highly recommend if you want your pets groomed as you won’t be disappointed in how your dogs look and you can leave them feeling relaxed knowing they are in safe, professional, knowledgable hands x

   Thank you Sam and her team. Not only do they provide the best haircut my Lenny has ever had, they also recommended the correct brush/comb and shampoo to help maintain him in between his pampering. My mom also took her cat Tinkerbell for a groom and it miles apart other groomers she has tried. Without a doubt the best groomers by far. See you in October :)
