   I brought my dog, Luna, for grooming after recently moving to Norton Canes. She was a bit nervous at first since she didn't know the place or the team, but the staff was incredibly patient and kind. As time went on, she became more comfortable. The final result is absolutely fantastic — she looks adorable! I'm very happy with the service and want to thank the entire team. We'll definitely be coming back! ♥️♥️

   We’ve taken our 3 month cockapoo for his first puppy grooming session today following recommendations on Facebook. The ladies there were lovely and we instantly felt reassured when our timid boy was so comfortable around them. He came back looking (and smelling) great. We’ve already booked ourselves in for the next session!

   What an incredible groomers. I have 2 nervous Staffies when it comes to claws being cut, 1st up Ziggy and she coped really well took it in her stride then came Charlie's turn and oh my what a wuss! The ladies though took it in their stride and got every one of his claws cut. They were brilliant and we will definitely be booking again. I 1000% recommend Canine Capers

   I wanted to share how fantastic my first time with Canine Capers has been. I have a senior standard schnauzer with a few medical/health conditions and have been really nervous about where to take her and who to leave her with. I initially spoke with Yvette who was warm, friendly, empathic and informed about Ria and she put my mind at ease. I took Ria for the first time yesterday and was met with a really warm welcome and everyone seemed relaxed and calm. This helped my anxious dog and a very anxious owner! I also met Emily and Sophie who were interested and caring. I picked Ria up a little later and she looked beautiful and was calm and had obviously been taken care of very well. I can’t thank you all enough.

   Totally professional service, if I could give more than 5 stars I would, Yvette and her staff are all amazing, totally put me and my dog at ease on our first visit, the love they show for the animals whilst grooming them is wonderful.i won't be going anywhere else

   Friendly staff. Knowledgeable and most importantly really good with Benji whom is a rather difficult dog to groom. Very patient with him and they work with Benji as best they can considering he turns ferrel once you turn the shower on.

   A wonderful service, the staff were excellent and very understanding of my dog who is very stubborn and anxious about his paws being touched but they handled it really well, dealt with it very professionally and gave excellent advice with future needs when it comes to having his nails cut.
