   Really impressed with the customer service at Larry Speares Plymouth both in terms of the good advice given and how quickly they were able to fit the carpets. The carpet fitters were themselves first rate. They did a superb, professional job and left everything clear and tidy. . I was really pleased with the end result.

   After being messed around by a small local company I went into larry spears to see if I could get carpets for my house. They were beyond helpful from the minute I walked in the door! Within a week I had the carpets fitted and they look amazing. Every single person I've dealt with including the guy who measured and the fitters were absolutely fantastic. I would 100% recommend and don't think I'll ever shop anywhere else for flooring!!

   Spent £1800 on carpets and fitting just to have my newly decorated walls scratched, lino in 2 rooms botched, doors taken off and not replaced, called to complain, was called back by a carpet fitter calling me a liar! When spoke to Larry spears the company I paid in full I was told it wasn't their issue, was given the run around fobbed off by spears and left with a cowboy fitter calling me a liar and then saying stairs can't be fitted without damage. My advice, Shop elsewhere absolute shambles

   Had a carpet laid today….my worse nightmare….was told it would have couple of join…ok..I excepted that…I have joins before in this room…but NEVER like these…I wanted the rest of my house done…but not by Larry Speare….I did to complain…all I was told u was told bout the joins…but never like this…WASTE OF MONEY…

   Larry spears has disappointed us this year 2022. The carpet and the underlay between(£5to£8) don't meet my requirements . Poor quality: fiber, density, thickness.dull and ,flat It was not the same one I picked when I was at store. I am trying to get my refund.

   I purchased a mattress this month and it was delivered within the week. The customer service was excellent and the assistant was most knowledgeable and helped me with my choice. I was impressed with the prices and the large range of beds/mattresses. It is most probable that I shall return when I need carpets before long.

   I was amazed at how many beds I had to choose from. The guy there helped me with the right one for me. It was delivered 3 days later. The delivery guys were great. They took the polythene off the mattress and even adjusted the headboard. First class service all round.
