   we’ve been here many times , at the start the service was great benson my longhair dachshund would come out looking and smelling great but overtime he stopped smelling nice and his fluffiness began to dissapeare each time we brought him to the shop. i took him today and when i got home i noticed a huge trail of blood in the corridor and noticed they cut his nail that far down they went through his vein , my poor puppy is limping and is now at the risk of infection i know that they already knew as they kept him for an extra 10 mins , trying to hide it of course. im appalled that they did not inform me i called them and they sounded as though they did not care and said to put flour on it ! this is disgraceful my poor baby is limping and is pain i’m not returning again and also while im here , a while back we asked them not to cut his fur and they did and it wasn’t even cut good it was all jagged and uneven but me being polite chose to ignore and not say anything but i was not happy in the slightest i do NOT recommend . and in future inform people if youve injured their dog as if i never saw this imagine how much pain he would be in for a long time and imagine if it got infected because you failed to inform someone of this .

   I have taken my 12 week old puppy Mabel to Groomingdales for her very first groom today. We had a lovely welcome and the ladies were all so friendly and made a fuss of Mabel as soon as she went through the door. When we went to collect her she was clearly very happy and didn’t even acknowledge us and was more distracted by the other doggies and ladies there. Mabel looks lovely, beautifully soft fur and smells amazing. Thank you.

   I took my nervous cocker spaniel to Groomingales for the first time today and I am so impressed with the introduction, customer service, and overall grooming. Pablo was so relaxed and comfortable, which is lovely to see, as he is an anxious dog. Thank you to the lovely team at Groomingdales.

   First time coming here and it was the first every groom for my 10month cavalier. From calling to book the appointment to arriving at the shop everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. Listened to everything I asked! Such a lovely and warm atmosphere and it was just a great experience in all! Will definitely be bringing Indie back! She looks and smells FAB!! 10/10 would recommend!!

   Groomingdales are excellent. Our Cocker Spaniel, Bertie, is a bit of an old boy now and is not usually the most cooperative when it comes to grooming, however the girls always do an amazing job with him. We are very grateful. Highly recommend.
