   Placed an order for a new countertop and paid 75% in advance Excuses made for fitting for months Not answering phone Eventually turned up at showroom to find they had gone Tried to contact director through their accountant who told us a we were in a n extremely long queue! Apparently the director will be up and running and ripping people off under another name so do your research Unfortunately we used them through a recommendation and didn’t do our due diligence

   Absolute joke of a firm, ordered a kitchen to be supplied to only receive half of it and be told the rest will be with me within “24 to 48 hours”. This was 3 months ago, still without a functioning kitchen and no ones answering the phones.
