   Utterly appalling service. My dog is short haired with the odd long winter hair. Booked in for a short haired groom with deshed(which is what she is) picked her up and apart from her nails and feet she looked no different. Took her back immediately to be told I should have told them I wanted the sparse long hairs cut! Omg what an utter rip off! They did rectify THEIR mistake but I will NEVER use them again. Make sure you clue up on whether your dog is short or long haired before you book. £47 is an expensive mistake to make!

   The ladies here are great, our dog is super anxious but they look after him wonderfully and he always comes out looking and smelling great. They never complain about his behavious, even though I know he must be an absolute pain for them. Super ladies, super service at a great price.

   Took my puppy for his first cut and groom, he came home looking absolutely awful. They dont have a clue. He came back his fur chopped in places and big chunks of fur missing from his left leg. Looks like its been hacked at. Rang to complain to say i wasn't happy and all they could do was apologise and say it was because he was so young and it would damage his hair growth. At least they could of done was even the hair out. We rang previous to booking the appointment to explain our pups hair was matting and he needed a trim and was it possible at 26 weeks to do this to be told it was. Took the £15 deposit no problem but totally messed it up on the day. Plus we paid the extra £10 for conditioner aswell today for the matted fur as advised. Total cost today £27.50 and that was with 50% off. Shocking will never go or recommend this place again.

   Terrible experience. Our dog looked not only like she hadn't been cut, but in the few sections she had, it was choppy and awful. What a waste of money. I called afterwards to let them know how disappointed I was as her hair was not short as discussed. They would not fix it and just said they could book her in again but we would be charged again. Terrible service, please avoid.

   Took both my dogs in today. One is really nervous and hard to cut but the staff here were excellent with her. The dogs came out looking and smelling great. Thanks to the 2 girls that cut them today. You did a lovely job and took care of my dogs. Thankyou we will be back for future grooming.

   Got an appointment for 8am arrived although the shop was closed staff were waiting for us. The appointment was two and a half hours. I went to collect my dog and the groom room was extremely busy. My dog as promised was ready for collection. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and my dog was groomed exactly as I had asked and looked brilliant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. As a vip member I had points added and I used my 25% voucher from my vip membership and this was deducted from the bill. I have used a private groomer before who did a brilliant job but I was unable to get an appointment due to a change in our holiday plans. I would definitely recommend this service and I will definitely use them again.
