Hays got us a great 4star hotel all inclusive which was great in parma nova. Beautiful hotel globales was fantastic, Hays staff very helpful. I would recommend using them.
Brilliant staff helping you find what you want very polite and helpful love hays used them since i came to Nottingham from Liverpool. ste. Amber. Gillian are so helpfull and would say they deserved 100% from my point of view.
Utterly pathetic service , Very rude staff.dont care about what you ask for. They book the wrong date as well so now will loose out on work pay or loose the £1300 holiday. Luckily I called Hayes travel in Mansfield for a different holiday and asked about the one we book with Nottingham otherwise we would off missed the holiday altogether as we asked for 27th January not the 25th January. Management there are also rude Throw information at you and ask you to pick as they don’t like going through the options with you. They won’t call you back either Diabolical service. I’ll await for the area manager to respond as I’ve made a complaint

Brilliant service but can’t load the App!!! No problems when it was Thomas Cook. Can only find the money card. We have booked & paid for a holiday but when I go to my bookings it can’t find it.
I love Hayes travel. But, I specifically asked for a Hotel in Costa Calma Fuertaventura with a short walk to the shops and beaches. I was told 20 mins walk down hill to the beach but it's not possible for us. As for getting back up the HILL, I couldn't do it. Have to rely on taxis from the Matas Blancas Hotel. No life or shops about near this hotel. Wouldn't come back for those reasons.
Very friendly and helpful staff at Hays. They pointed us in the right direction when it came to exchanging our pound notes.
