Their guidance is top notch and super polite. Bed is a bit small.. yet I might be a bit tall (195). Location in the midst of a growing and very alive neighbourhood. City with great restaurants is very walkable

The accomodation was clean and tidy, very spacious and comfortable, a lot more than expected for central Belfast! The check in process was very easy and straightforward and the communication with the host was also very good. Close to the city centre - walking distance and although there is no dedicated parking space you can always find to park on the street in front of the apartment. Not fully functional kitchen but there is a communal space with a microwave, plates and cutleries to use.

Zero WiFi throughout our stay but no attempts by staff to address the situation. Room nicely decorated but poor amenities, even guest toiletries were insufficient and requests to replenish ignored entirely. Shower lever broken. They did not change towels as they advised either and finally before check out, asked us to empty the room trash into street bins. Certainly not on par with the £109 per night rate paid.

Excellent value B&B. Clearly lots of time effort and money spent restoring this period property. Lots of high quality fixtures and fitting, lovely shower room with under floor heating. Comfortable bed for very good nights sleep. Breakfast is great. Mandy the owner is warm friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
