   Great, cosy, comfortable b&b. Amy and Marian are lovely hostesses. Basic but plenty for serve yourself breakfast.

   Rooms were clean and comfy. Bathroom was clean and nice. Needed cups in the rooms with the tea/coffee facilities. And rooms/beds weren't made up after use. Communal areas and kitchen need to be cleaned. It's a B&B, but no breakfast items were put out, but we were told we could cook our own breakfast if we wished. Should market themselves as a hostel rather than b&b as was closer in style to that. An acceptable stay, but could do better with a little effort.

   Clean tidy. But no coffee or tea or cups! in rooms... just a kettle!!!.... shower wasn't working properly... convenient area but overpriced for what you get.

   The place is great for the price. £115 for 2 nights near the city centre, near Christmas at weekend. Can't really complain considering everywhere else is £300+. You get what you pay for... the rooms were small and had no tv. But they were clean, beds were lovely and comfy, had own bathroom with toilet and shower and they had free WiFi so having no tv isn't a problem as can watch TV on phone or take an ipad/laptop/tablet to watch skyGO or films on phone if you felt like spending time in the hotel... staff seemed friendly enough when arriving. It's a budget hotel, great if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night and shower etc id stay here again if I went belfast as don't see the point in paying a fortune for something extra fancy when I hardly spend time in it unless it's to sleep and shower....
