Contacted the operator today and asked where the audiology department was. The operator was extremely unhelpful and just plain rude! Only given one star because i can't deliver a zero score! When people ask a question, try being HELPFUL !!! Awful woman.

I went in Saturday evening and was met with friendly staff and they were very professional. In and out within 15 mins.
There is a old lady at the nurse station who’s very racist and unhelpful.

Think it should be open for out of hours doctor's as I live in exmouth but having to trave to exeter feelings unwell !!!
