   I am writing this morning to send a sincere THANK YOU to the team at THE RAMSEY HEALTH CARE Torbay/Mount Stuart Hospital Devon for the brilliant medical care I received last month. I had day surgery for the repair of an inguinal hernia and found the care unit exemplary. A HUGE APPLAUD for the NHS and those special humans who daily work to provide such quality care and kindness for us all. I would also like to send a special thank you with sincere admiration and gratitude to my surgeon/consultant Mr Srinivas, Gandrapu Naga, who provided me with knowledgeable and quality information regarding my ailment and the subsequent necessary treatment. My whole experience at Ramsay Health Care Torbay/Mount Stuart Hospital Devon has been excellent.    The care that I have received at Mount Stuart was exceptional in every respect. My surgeon, Mr. Michael Green, is extremely approachable, and explained everything to me fully, prior to the surgery; he was happy to see me and phone me after my set consultations, answer any of my concerns. Likewise, his secretary, Sue, has been brilliant. All of the staff at the hospital were tremendously attentive, as well as all very friendly and reassuring; they ensured my comfort, and pain relief, and explained everything I needed to know. The bed was comfortable, the food was super. After my discharge from hospital, I have been back to see Mr. ZGreen, who gave me time to discuss any issues. The result of his surgery are absolutely superb... I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing breast surgery

   Had to request numerous times for a copy of clinic letter month after initial consultation. When clinic letter received it was for a different patient, huge confidentiality breech. I now have patients name, date of birth, address and details of health care received and still not received my letter. Would of given 0/5 but that was not an option
