   I had such a wonderful day. Lori was very welcoming and her workshop had everything that you needed for the day! Lori allowed me to design the item myself but provided examples of other work for inspiration if I needed it. She gave expert guidance and was always ready to help but never took over so you genuinely learnt the skills. My husband, was really impressed by what I was able to make. I'm so pleased - I keep looking at the pendant thinking 'I can't believe I made that!' The course is really good value for money and I definitely want to do another with Lori.

   Having previously done an introductory silver clay course with Lori, I've just done a day's memory jewellery course with her. Both courses were excellent. Lori has a great way of teaching, making the learning fun and very hands-on. She's extremely knowledgeable and very patient! I made some lovely pieces of jewellery on both days. The memory jewellery course had a fair bit of computer time, learning how to manipulate images, which I found really interesting and helpful. Lori is very generous with her time and imparting her knowledge. I would highly recommend anyone interested in her workshop courses to do them.

   Inspiring, informative, fun and a whole lot more. I have completed 3 courses with Lori - a basic silversmithing course which inspired me to further develop the skills I learnt. I have also done 2 silver clay courses and Lori has been a major influence on my jewellery making journey. A practical, experimental, clever and problem solving jeweller, Lori has developed my skills far beyond where they would be had I not had the fortune to meet her. About the courses - a warm and friendly task master, Lori ensures you learn without initially realising it because she makes it such fun - can't wait for the next course.
