The man who works there is really nice and seems to be the only one who knows what he’s doing. Very unorganised, staff don’t seem trained very well. First time using this pharmacy and it will definitely be the last. Printed my prescription in the wrong name, could hear conversations whilst on the phone- not professional at all.

Appalling service and staff. Repeat prescription put in 2 weeks ago. Went in yesterday, told to come back today. Go in today told to come back in on Saturday. The meds are critical and for a dying woman on palliative care. End of life. Told to come back in an hour. The staff there have no idea what they are doing. Absolutely Appalling. Get rid of well pharmacy and get a pharmacy that are competent in the job they do!!!!

Incredibly poor service. Told an urgent prescription for my son would be ready 'in an hour', came back 2 hours later and told they didn't have the item in stock and would need to order it in. Just the latest in a long string of issues with this place; we stopped using it for repeat prescriptions when I went down to collect mine (having received a text that morning to say it was ready) and was told it had been thrown away because I didn't collect it soon enough! (and told they couldn't reissue it and that I would have to get a new prescription from the doctor). Switched to Morrisons Pharmacy and their service is far superior.

Not sure why it takes 30 minutes to go put some medicine in a box. Not everyone has unlimited time to be sitting around in the precinct. Stop what you’re doing and spend 10 seconds to serve the people who are there instead of constantly sending people away. Recently mentioned not having medicine so come the next day, we go the next day and still no medicine. Sadly, I think this place needs reporting and shutting down because they’re simply incompetently run and have a monopoly where frankly they shouldn’t.

Aug 2022 - Still Abysmal. Update- 3 months later. My prescription was sent to well pharmacy from the gp next door on Thursday. We rang Sat morning to check if we could collect the prescription and they said yes. Got there, waited and was told they had run out of required medication. No service and no regard whatsoever for patients. Use them at your peril. Useless and sham of a pharmacy. Should have their licence revoked. May 2022. Terrible service and system. 1. My prescription was sent 2 days ago. 2. I phoned to check if ready - no answer 3. Stand and wait in line for 20 mins 4. Get told stock needs checking and it would be another 20 mins. What a disgraceful performance, you should be ashamed at what you are offering to patients. Why dont you have separate staff checking stock after closing & working on making up prescriptions only? The next day would then be prepared for. Please sort it out, for the patients sake

If you can possibly avoid using this chemist I would. I've used the local chemist in Cotgrave for 23 years but I've just changed to getting prescriptions posted out by Lloyds. The staff do their best and are friendly but something is seriously wrong there. Long waits and you have to return two or three further times (and queue for ages each time) to get the whole prescription.

Absolute shambles. Queued outside for over 40 minutes, a single member of staff turned up at 9.10am, when they should have opened at 9.00am, but he could not open the shop, as there was no Pharmacist. The Pharmacist eventually turned up at 9.25am. This service is our only pharmacy locally, and is not fit for service. The old COOP pharmacy was fantastic compared to this useless shower. Appreciate that the staff are doing their best, but if their best is turning up 25 minutes late for work, then they need to up their game significantly.

Not very good at all. Only been in twice to pick up a prescription and on both occasions was told the pharmacy had binned it and I would need to re request from my doctors. There is ALWAYS a queue of people stretching out of the pharmacy and into the precinct, I was 6th in the queue and it still took them 40 minutes to get round to seeing me, other members of my family have had to wait well over an hour when they've been. They had 5 members of staff working while I was waiting 40 minutes, 1 was making herself tea, 3 were chatting and stacking shelves, only 1 was actually serving people. I have now nominated a different pharmacy as it is quicker to drive out to another one than it is to wait in the queue here.

Sells lots of stuff, preferred the Co op pharmacy.
