   The payment processing system is poor and often I have had to shift between payment options to get payments to go through They make you do a follow up console for wegovy every time you want to re order. Seriously? Just automatically let me order the same dose or the next one up. They probably lack the technical ability to do this on the website so to protect themselves they make you do a console every time you want to order again. Consols really do feel like a quick box tick for the company but I guess it's all about liability. They deliver royal mail in ice packs, I suppose this offers limited temperature control for most medications but probably isn't ideal. They cheap that is true so if you want to deal with the hassle for a cheaper price that makes sense. If they improved the website they would be 5 starts.

   Whilst I had been pleased with their service I had reason to question information that was given to me by telephone as I was advised my dosage was not available so they sent me a lesser dose, then the following months re-order had to go down again due to their mistake, therefore I lost continuity of the dosage of Mounjaro that I had been on for a while, I wrote to complain numerous times but the replies back to me were rude and unprofessional, so again I wrote to question the response which was never replied to and telephone calls were never answered so I went to another supplier. I decided to go back to The Family Chemist because their price was better, I completed another online consultation and paid for the medication. I have just had an email to say the money has been refunded due to my previous complaint in May where my communication was abusive and unacceptable so have made the decision not to provide further treatment or services to me. I can assure you that my correspondence to them was in no way abusive, nor rude nor unacceptable, it was just direct because they had lied to me, in name a person called Sunny, the email today is from the said Sunny, and what makes it so offensive on my character (for their mistake) the said Sunny is one of the two Directors of the company ! What appalling service, disgraceful correspondence and total unprofessionalism - being a company Director myself this is a horrendous and very petty response to a customer with a genuine gripe and grievance that was not rude !
