   Staff member Andrea still rude there were three people in this pharmacy including myself she said your prescription not be long the 3 of us looking at each other thinking who she talking too and then she is shaking her head who are you talking too. How this woman still has a job at this pharmacy I do not know. Plus she was arguing with the pharmacist Anwar who I think can not do enough for you.

   I agree with one of earlier reviews that not all good experiences are shared. It is busy pharmacy calls not always are answered, that is true but staff members are always helpful, informative and approachable in face to face contact. The system with text message notifications when prescriptions are ready to collect could be improved however in overall good experience.

   Great for prescriptions, plenty of skon care products but somewhat short on basic provisions for your home First Aid kit or medicine cabinet. Pharmacy services, however, are excellent.

   Helpful, especially with my elderly partner whim has recently moved and has had trouble with his new address apparently being out of the Dr's catchment area. His heart pills are needed, and the lady on the other end of the phone couldn't have been anymore helpful had it been her own husband.

   Reviews are only low because only people with bad experiences will report it. I'm sure there are many people with good experiences but don't write it on google. I've seen the staff working very hard, they have tons of prescriptions coming in each day and each has to be checked vigorously to ensure they won't do harm to the patient as the GP doesn't always get it 100% right. If you have to wait or if they miss a phone call it's because they can't multitask everything at the same time, I've seen them non stop working and appreciate them for it.

   Months On They’ve Changed Location To Across The Road! I Still Wouldn’t even give them 1 star! Wouldn’t give them a star rating at all! Absolutely disgrace of a pharmacy! No one answers the phones Still And Just Stand About Chatting! The pharmacist Was Late And Then Disappeared All Day Apparently Gone For Lunch Each Time My Carer And Myself Went For My Medication! I Ended Up Getting My Medication 3 Days Later Because Of This! 3 Days In agonising pain Because Of Their Useless Pharmacist! I’ve Now Requested To Change My Pharmacy! Even Tho This One Is Closer! But unfortunately I’m not prepared to wait a week and half For My Medication Again!

   Efficiency does not exist I've had my prescriptions sent elsewhere because when they were sent here I had to wait up to 35-40 minutes for my medication

   Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Slow rude service, never answer their phones, I have watched staff actively ignore picking up calls when I have been in the pharmacy. Every time I go in to collect my repeat prescription there is always some kind of issue saying they haven't been given the prescription slip (which is complete lies). And they close for an hour between 1pm and 2pm which is a complete joke seeing as they barely do any work anyway. Awful awful pharmacy

   Had to ring multiple times to get through. Promised a text message when prescription ready to collect but did not get one. After getting through they promised it be ready the same day, but no message that day. My medication ran out, so I called the next day and still not ready. It was eventually ready that same day (after complaining somewhat). They are promising a service that they do not seem able to keep. Unfortunately the next nearest chemists are some distance away. Summary: Need to call multiple times to get through, text messages not sent out and prescriptions not ready on time, even when you've asked them to do it for you.
