   Frustratingly, this shop closes for lunch between 13:00 and 14:00 every day. Closing during the over lunch and not opening on Saturdays makes it challenging to find the time between work meetings to collect a prescription. Choose a different pharmacy if you only have time to collect your prescription over your lunch break. Please start opening over lunch again, picking up prescriptions is enough of a faff already.

   Just been to collect a prescription, door locked, and a sign saying computer down and they r working on a resulution, lady inside unhelpful, will not open the door to talk, only want to collect a free prescription, so unhelpful, only go because it's the nearest chemist.

   Booked a flu vaccination here 4 WEEKS AGO. I turned up on time to be told that the pharmacist was on annual leave and so my appointment was cancelled. What? Absolutely disgusted!

   I went to pick up a pack of pads from boots and I asked them to check how many point I have on my boots advantage card... They said u have enough on your card so I picked up the pads and paid with cash BUT I did not know they took the points off the card aswel... So I paid £15.98 for 1 product worth £7.99

   I went in to discuss the best medication for a typical winter ailment. The lady who attended to me was very thorough, asked lots of questions and then suggested suitable medication. A very professional service with strong customer focus.

   Rang up several times to enquire about a repeat perscription for my grandmother to no answer. After finally answering after the 100th call they had the prescription from monday and had done nothing to prepare it or send it to my grandmother who finished her medication on the sunday. Thanks to their negligence my gran will have to wait another day for the medication she needs daily
